Lee Kinchen is an experienced IT professional and Program Manager specializing in DoD enterprise technology environments. His background includes systems and network engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, RMF compliance, virtualization, and IT infrastructure modernization. A PMP and Security+ certified professional, Lee has led multidisciplinary engineering teams supporting mission-critical Navy systems, cybersecurity initiatives, technical modernization, and complex federal IT programs. He brings a practical combination of technical expertise, program leadership, and mission-focused execution.

Stephanie L. Kinchen is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of KPS, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company. She is responsible for strengthening organizational processes, supporting business development, and ensuring KPS maintains the professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence required to serve government customers. Stephanie's leadership helps position KPS to deliver reliable IT engineering solutions while building a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the federal contracting marketplace.
